Low Carb Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 12.5oz can chicken, drained (or 5oz diced cooked chicken breast)

  • 4 tbsp buffalo sauce

  • 50g plain greek yogurt

  • 2 tbsp skim milk

  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix

  • 2-3 leaves of romaine lettuce


Directions:

  1. Mix greek yogurt, ranch mix, and milk together in a small bowl & set aside

  2. Mix chicken & buffalo sauce in a bowl and microwave for 60-90 seconds

  3. Add mixture to lettuce wraps, top with homemade ranch
