Low Carb Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wrap
Ingredients:
1 12.5oz can chicken, drained (or 5oz diced cooked chicken breast)
4 tbsp buffalo sauce
50g plain greek yogurt
2 tbsp skim milk
2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
2-3 leaves of romaine lettuce
Directions:
Mix greek yogurt, ranch mix, and milk together in a small bowl & set aside
Mix chicken & buffalo sauce in a bowl and microwave for 60-90 seconds
Add mixture to lettuce wraps, top with homemade ranch
