FAQs

  • CyberFit is for anyone in the continental United States interested in getting in shape and improving their long-term health. It is okay if you are brand new to exercise, or have already been at it for a long time. Our only requirements are that you have an internet connection, enough space at home to exercise (around 6’ x 8’ is enough), and a positive attitude!

  • After you’ve been paired with a coach and decided how many sessions per week you want, you and your coach will schedule set dates and times to meet during the meet. These sessions will be 60 minutes in length and take place in your home via Zoom. Your trainer will guide you through the session live from your smartphone, tablet, or laptop.

  • The home gym outfitting package that we send every client includes:

    • 2 Adjustable Dumbbells (44lb / 20kg each)

    • 1 Adjustable Platform Bench

    • 1 Set of (5) Resistance Bands

    • 1 Pair of Sliders

    • 1 Bodyweight Scale

    • 1 Tripod for Smartphone or Tablet

    • 1 Food Scale

    • 1 Shaker Cup

    • 1 CyberFit T-Shirt

  • Shipping times will vary slightly by destination, but most of the time you can expect your home gym outfit package to arrive within 7 business days of your initial purchase.

  • No! The size and amount of equipment we send you can easily be consolidated and stored into a small closet or corner of a room.

  • Yes, but we will still need to send you the specialized equipment you’ll need for our program. The equipment we provide you with is unique in terms of its versatility, speed of use, and absolute load in a way that most existing home gyms can’t compete with.

    However if you do have additional equipment at home already, you can inform your coach to see if they think it would be a valuable addition to include in your fitness program.

  • Yes! As long as you are a current member of CyberFit, if something breaks, we will replace it for you.

  • We do take your preferences into account when assigning you a coach, but we also have to factor in things like your schedule and their availability when pairing you up.

    If at any time you wish to switch coaches, you are welcome to submit a request to team management. If a switch is possible, we will make every effort to transfer you!

  • You will have the option upon signing with us to select either 2 or 3 sessions per week with your trainer.

    You may switch to the alternative frequency at any time after the initial 12 week challenge period.

    We also offer group sessions regularly that you will have unlimited access to, if you wish to attend more workouts.

  • Yes! Our coaches are very knowledgeable in the area of nutrition science and will work with you to make sure that the plan they draw up for you fits your needs exactly. That includes not only your restrictions, but also your preferences.

  • Yes! You will have a direct line of communication with your coach for any questions or concerns. If you are unclear of something, or need to reschedule a session, you can message your coach at any time.

  • All new clients to the CyberFit program start with a 12-week challenge period, which comes with your new home gym and all the other features of our program. This comes in either a 2- or 3-session per week option.

    Following this initial 12-week period, most clients switch to a monthly membership plan and continue training with us for either 2 or 3 sessions per week.

  • It depends entirely on the results you want to achieve. Some people come to use wanting to lose fat, others to build muscle, and still others to improve their blood health markers.

    One of the first things you’ll do at CyberFit is meet with your coach to set your own goals, including both short term (within 12 weeks) and long term (1 year to several year) challenges.

    You will likely start seeing certain improvements right away (within just a few weeks) for goals such as improving strength, endurance, and losing weight. Other goals, such as improving your cholesterol or losing a significant amount of fat, may take a little longer.
