Salmon Teriyaki Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz salmon filet

  • 2 oz cooked white rice

  • 1 c coleslaw mix

  • 4 tbsp or 60g sesame teriyaki sauce

  • 1 tbsp Gochujang


Directions:

  1. *save time by pre-cooking rice the day before*

  2. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees

  3. Spray salmon with avocado oil and season as desired on both sides

  4. Bake salmon for 12-15 or until tender & flaky. Time will depend on thickness

  5. Add rice, coleslaw, and both sauces to a bowl and microwave for 45 seconds

  6. Add salmon to bowl, mix together, and enjoy!
