Salmon Teriyaki Bowl
Ingredients:
6 oz salmon filet
2 oz cooked white rice
1 c coleslaw mix
4 tbsp or 60g sesame teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp Gochujang
Directions:
*save time by pre-cooking rice the day before*
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
Spray salmon with avocado oil and season as desired on both sides
Bake salmon for 12-15 or until tender & flaky. Time will depend on thickness
Add rice, coleslaw, and both sauces to a bowl and microwave for 45 seconds
Add salmon to bowl, mix together, and enjoy!
