Tuna Melt
Ingredients:
6 oz can tuna
2 hamburger buns
40 g shredded low fat cheese
30 g light mayo
1 tbsp Mustard
2 tbsp Barbeque sauce
30 g plain greek yogurt
Salt to taste

Chopped onion
Chopped pickles/pickle juice
Directions:
Add tuna, cheese, yogurt, salt, and any other desired ingredients to a bowl
Add half the tuna mixture to each bun
Spread mayo on outside of each bun
Add sandwich to pan on medium heat
Heat on each side for 2-3 minutes or until toasted as desired
