Tuna Melt

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz can tuna

  • 2 hamburger buns

  • 40 g shredded low fat cheese

  • 30 g light mayo

  • 1 tbsp Mustard 

  • 2 tbsp Barbeque sauce

  • 30 g plain greek yogurt

  • Salt to taste

  • *optional*

  • Chopped onion

  • Chopped pickles/pickle juice


Directions:

  1. Add tuna, cheese, yogurt, salt, and any other desired ingredients to a bowl

  2. Add half the tuna mixture to each bun

  3. Spread mayo on outside of each bun

  4. Add sandwich to pan on medium heat

  5. Heat on each side for 2-3 minutes or until toasted as desired
