Frozen Yogurt Bark
Ingredients:
300g Nonfat vanilla greek yogurt
40g light cool whip
20g honey
40g dark chocolate chips
30g peanut butter
100g chopped up strawberries
70g vanilla protein powder
Directions:
Whisk together greek yogurt, cool whip, protein powder, and honey in a large bowl
Fold in strawberries
Line 9x13 pan with parchment paper and spread yogurt mixture evenly
Melt chocolate chips & peanut butter separately; drizzle each on top
Freeze for at least 2 hours before enjoying
