Frozen Yogurt Bark

Ingredients:

  • 300g Nonfat vanilla greek yogurt

  • 40g light cool whip

  • 20g honey

  • 40g dark chocolate chips

  • 30g peanut butter

  • 100g chopped up strawberries

  • 70g vanilla protein powder


Directions:

  1. Whisk together greek yogurt, cool whip, protein powder, and honey in a large bowl

  2. Fold in strawberries

  3. Line 9x13 pan with parchment paper and spread yogurt mixture evenly

  4. Melt chocolate chips & peanut butter separately; drizzle each on top

  5. Freeze for at least 2 hours before enjoying
