High Protein Ice Cream Sandwiches
Ingredients:
8oz light cool whip
450g vanilla greek yogurt
200g sliced strawberries (or other favorite fruits)
75g vanilla or strawberry protein powder
16 graham crackers
Directions:
Add cool whip, greek yogurt, and protein powder to a large bowl and whisk together
Fold in strawberries
Layer 8 of the crackers in the bottom of an 8x8 pan
Add mixture to the pan and top with the rest of the graham crackers
Let freeze for at least 2 hours before enjoying
