High Protein Queso Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup low fat 1% cottage cheese

  • 0.25 c shredded cheese

  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning

  • 1 tbsp rotel tomatoes


Directions:

  1. Blend cottage cheese until smooth

  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl

  3. Microwave for 2-3 minutes, mixing every 30 seconds

  4. Heat until desired temperature has been reached
