High Protein Queso Dip
Ingredients:
1 cup low fat 1% cottage cheese
0.25 c shredded cheese
1 tbsp taco seasoning
1 tbsp rotel tomatoes
Directions:
Blend cottage cheese until smooth
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
Microwave for 2-3 minutes, mixing every 30 seconds
Heat until desired temperature has been reached
