Ingredients:
100g plain non-fat greek yogurt
65g low fat 1% cottage cheese
30g low fat shredded mexican cheese blend
Taco seasoning
Directions:
Blend cottage cheese until smooth
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
Pair with veggies (carrots, celery, broccoli, peppers) or crackers
