Greek Yogurt Taco Dip

Ingredients:

  • 100g plain non-fat greek yogurt

  • 65g low fat 1% cottage cheese

  • 30g low fat shredded mexican cheese blend

  • Taco seasoning


Directions:

  1. Blend cottage cheese until smooth

  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl

  3. Pair with veggies (carrots, celery, broccoli, peppers) or crackers
