Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 flour tortilla

  • 1 large egg 

  • 92g egg white

  • 30g shredded cheese

  • 30g turkey pepperoni


Directions:

  1. Whisk egg & egg whites together in a bowl and add to a greased pan on medium/low heat

  2. Cover with lid and let cook slowly for 3-5 minutes or until egg is firm

  3. Top with cheese, pepperoni, & tortilla then flip so the tortilla is now on the bottom

  4. Keep on low heat for a minute or so to melt cheese

  5. Remove from pan and cut into pizza slices
