Breakfast Pizza
Ingredients:
1 flour tortilla
1 large egg
92g egg white
30g shredded cheese
30g turkey pepperoni
Directions:
Whisk egg & egg whites together in a bowl and add to a greased pan on medium/low heat
Cover with lid and let cook slowly for 3-5 minutes or until egg is firm
Top with cheese, pepperoni, & tortilla then flip so the tortilla is now on the bottom
Keep on low heat for a minute or so to melt cheese
Remove from pan and cut into pizza slices
