Greek Yogurt Pancakes
Ingredients:
½ c all purpose flour
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp splenda (or non-nutritive sweetener of choice; be sure to pay attention to amount conversion)
1 large egg
½ c plain greek yogurt
½ c milk
½ tbsp vanilla
Directions:
Add dry ingredients to a bowl and whisk together
In a separate bowl, whisk eggs then whisk in greek yogurt & milk
Gently fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients
Lightly grease pan and turn on to low/medium heat
Add about ¼ c of the mixture into the pan
Fry on each side for 2-3 minutes or until cooked as desired
