Blueberry Cheesecake High Protein Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 0.25 cups quick oats

  • 3 tbsp sugar free cheesecake pudding mix

  • 1.5 scoop (or 35g) vanilla protein

  • 2 packets of splenda or other non-nutritive sweetener

  • 1.5 tbsp (or 22g) white chocolate chips

  • 2 tsp vanilla

  • 6 oz 1% milk

  • 0.25 cups frozen blueberries



Directions:

  1. Mix together all ingredients and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving
