Blueberry Cheesecake High Protein Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
0.25 cups quick oats
3 tbsp sugar free cheesecake pudding mix
1.5 scoop (or 35g) vanilla protein
2 packets of splenda or other non-nutritive sweetener
1.5 tbsp (or 22g) white chocolate chips
2 tsp vanilla
6 oz 1% milk
0.25 cups frozen blueberries
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving
