Egg White Breakfast Bites
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1.25 cups egg whites
0.5 cups low fat cottage cheese
0.5 cups shredded cheese
3 slices of ham (optional)
3 slices of thick cut bacon (optional)
Spinach (optional)
Tomato (optional)
Onion (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl
Thoroughly grease muffin tin
Pour evenly into 12 servings; only fill each tin about ⅔ full
Bake for 20-25 minutes
