High Protein Creamy Mac & Cheese
Ingredients:
1 box Bonza protein pasta
1c low fat cottage cheese
3/4c light sour cream
2c shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp half & half
2 tbsp butter
Salt, pepper, other seasonings to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425
Cook noodles according to box & strain
Stir in cottage cheese, sour, cream, shredded cheese, & half & half
Add seasonings before transferring to a baking dish
Sprinkle more cheese on top and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted & slightly brown
