High Protein Creamy Mac & Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 1 box Bonza protein pasta

  • 1c low fat cottage cheese

  • 3/4c light sour cream

  • 2c shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 tbsp half & half

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • Salt, pepper, other seasonings to taste


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425

  2. Cook noodles according to box & strain

  3. Stir in cottage cheese, sour, cream, shredded cheese, & half & half

  4. Add seasonings before transferring to a baking dish

  5. Sprinkle more cheese on top and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted & slightly brown
