Pre Workout Power Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of Pilsbury brownies

  • 80g chocolate protein powder

  • 1/2c plain nonfat greek yogurt

  • 100g liquid egg white

  • 1/4c unsweetened applesauce 

  • 1/4c water

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 30g chocolate chips

  • 6g or 6 packets of Splenda (or other non-nutritive sweetener)


Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven according to box 

  2. Combine brownie mix & protein powder in a bowl and stir until well mixed

  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well

  4. Pour batter into greased 9x13 baking pan

  5. Bake according to box (check on brownies up to 8 minutes before box time as protein can alter baking time)
