Pre Workout Power Brownies
Ingredients:
1 box of Pilsbury brownies
80g chocolate protein powder
1/2c plain nonfat greek yogurt
100g liquid egg white
1/4c unsweetened applesauce
1/4c water
1 tbsp olive oil
30g chocolate chips
6g or 6 packets of Splenda (or other non-nutritive sweetener)
Directions:
Pre-heat oven according to box
Combine brownie mix & protein powder in a bowl and stir until well mixed
Add remaining ingredients and mix well
Pour batter into greased 9x13 baking pan
Bake according to box (check on brownies up to 8 minutes before box time as protein can alter baking time)
